By completing the majority of our work in-house—including framing, electrical, and finish work—we are constantly focusing on quality control while delivering projects efficiently, without compromising excellence. Our portfolio of new custom homes ranges from 2,700 to 12,000 sq. ft., each designed with premium materials and custom finishes. We also build large-scale residential shops. Our commercial experience includes award-winning tenant improvements and remodels, such as the expansive Enrique’s Mexican Restaurant in Kuna; projects for Tacos El Rey; fitness and wellness spaces such as CrossFit and massage facilities; and the addition and site work for KTRV-TV ION Media (Channel 12) on Bogus Basin Mountain. A distinctive aspect of our expertise is designing and constructing concealed or fortified spaces, including hardened rooms, integrated gun safes, and other custom hidden features.
